"My 5 stars are all for an associate named Britton. If anyone is in the need of an amazing SA, this is your guy! I almost want to gate-keep but that’s rude. This guy will find exactly what you’re looking for all while being super cool, and charismatic. I will only be shopping with him for now on. Oh and Nordstrom, if you’re reading this, have Britton bring the others up to speed in customer relations. This is the type of service people want and need! Truly a luxury experience with this top quality human being!"

"Truly disgusted by how hateful and rude the staff working 2nd floor women's are. I have never shopped for clothes at this specific location. I have at other nordstroms without issues. I choose to shop at Nordstrom because they are known for their customer service. I have used their shoe and fragrance department at this location and have had good service/treatment even if they are packed. The women working upstairs though are so unkind. They were too busy being wrapped up in their own conversations with coworkers to help. They offered assistance to me but then never actually came back and just went back to having a chat with their coworkers. My apologies for interrupting your chat by being a paying customer. I took my purchases downstairs. After looking at other reviews this store is clearly plagued with rude staff which is not what the brand represents. Clearly management needs an overhaul because that's a top down issue. Looking at the complaints there are tons of reviews citing how rude the staff are at this location."

"Strange encounter at this Nordstrom. I went in to buy a dress for an event that I needed that day. Went in for a particular dress and noticed it had a very small rip in the back of the dress. A store associate, Cassandra, went to check the back for the dress. She said they had no more. I told her no worries, I’d still buy the dress if they discounted it since the rip was small and I needed it for an event that night. She refused to sell me the dress. She was rude and cold. She even called a manager to see if she could sell me the dress and the manager said yes. I said ok so you’re going to discount it right? She said no I won’t. That employee made for a horrible Nordstrom experience by making her own rules."

"I come here for the Jack Black mens toiletries. Also they have a wonderful shoe section if you want to splurge on a nice pair. The employees are always so helpful. Parking can be frustrating during peak hours but w that’s to be expected. And I do like that there is a parking garage."
