Burger King

"Just *tried* to get a simple order of fries and nuggets, mostly because that's the only reasonable thing with how much they've jacked up their prices. Had a woman ask me to hold on "just a moment please." Of course! Noooo problem. Sometimes that's necessary. But after 8 minutes of total silence and no one else still being helped at the window ahead of me, well, it's not necessary anymore. Who knows how much longer it would have been. Two cars had pulled up behind me so I just gave up to let them decide if they wanted to waste more of their own time. Sad thing is it seems that that is exactly what almost every "fast food" location in the greater Nashville area wants us to do now: Just give up and go home. No wonder so many are closing left and right."

"We came through the drive through at 10:55 when Google said they close at 11:30. The automated answerer at the drive thorough was still on as were all the lights. No one answered at the drive through and we went through twice. On the second time around we saw an employee just sitting in a booth on their phone."

"First time going to this Burger King and honestly I didn’t think they were open because most fast food places open late and close early during winter storms but they were the ONLY place open in the area. Everyone else was closed. And there was just one employee there taking orders, making food, and walking the food out to customers. And on top of that they were so nice. They deserve a raise in my opinion. I was there at 6:15am on 01/20/24. If I’m in this area, I’m skipping all the other fast food joints and coming back here. If I could give more stars I would. Good job yall."

"Food was as expected for burger king except the wrapper??? Why was my wrappers on my sandwiches soaked in oil of some sort? Also i asked for LIGHT ICE and get a cup full... This isnt funny when you rob people of their money because not getting a simple drink order right prompts a bad review and no return... Seriously whats goin on here??"

"Legitimately the worst BK I’ve ever been too. Employees were too busy cursing at each other and arguing to take my order, waited 15 mins in front of the drive through speaker before I even spoke to anyone, and I ordered one burger that had everything I asked them not to put on it. I understand how hard it is to find people who want to work fast food these days, but maybe try to hire people who want to work at all."
