Bojangles

"I placed an order for breakfast and the staff made an error and gave me the wrong food. I walked into the restaurant to get the order corrected and the manager made life worse. The manager asked if received my drink? I replied yes. The staff took the wrong order from me and set it to the side. The manager took my order outside to another customer. On her way out she said "yeah you got the drinks two Dr peppers you can keep that" As if I was attempting to steal some soda. She returned from outside of the store and attempts to hand me the bag she previously handed to the customer outside. She then takes the bag I returned to the customer outside. My wife and I enjoy Bojangles breakfast and eat it three times a week. We are done."

"Apparently all day breakfast is a lie because it says on the menu board all day breakfast but I just went in to try to have a sausage egg and cheese biscuit I was informed that the grill was off for some weird reason so the only thing that could be served was fried stuff but not grilled which makes zero sense."

"I went inside and stood there about 10 minutes and wasn't acknowledged by anyone. When I asked if anyone was working the front she stated give me a minute with an attitude so I left. I feel that when entering the facility I should have been acknowledged by someone. Although you're busy just acknowledge your customers."

"The lady at the window was extremely rude and just plain nasty. I simply asked what did she ring me up for.. it was not the money. The man on the speaker in the drive-in did not tell me he simply said miss pull around. When I pulled around she was so nasty I wanted to give the food away. I paid, said thank you and as I was driving away she was still talking nasty. Never will I ever go there again. NEVER!!!!!"

"Food was substandard they forgot the coleslaw and gravy for the mashed potatoes. And after eating the chicken that found a few pieces that was raw in the middle and bleeding. My husband is sick with upset stomach and diarrhea. Totally unhealthy to serve half done chicken. We spent over $50 on this and we deserve a refund."
