"Employees either don't listen or don't care. The food was hot but it was wrong. I specified twice what I wanted and the employee even repeated it back to me just for it to be incorrect. I was on break so I didn't have time to go back in to have it fixed"

"My husband buy before 20 minutes ago Mexican pizza that time my husband told 3 time make sure my hole order is vegetarian after that also that people topic beef in Mexican pizza we are living Springfield when we want eat that time see it’s beef and call Taco Bell that very rudely respond there employees and managers marry also can’t deliver and do anything who can go like that fire??? They didn’t give me refunds also say just next time they have to responsibilities give to us refund That all people attitude is not good"

"Wow! Was so happy to have a Taco Bell here in Greenbrier! By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too! This was our 3rd time going thru! Last time my potato taco was Burt and hard.. this time we waited for fresh potatoes and got 3 potatoes in my rock hard tortilla that I couldn’t even eat! And whatever that breakfast burrito my husband got was just tortillas with nothing in it! Absolutely awful."

"I understand this is a new location but I've been through the drive thru 4 times now since it opened and have had absolutely terrible quality food. Today, the spicy potato taco has rock hard overly burnt potatoes with a hard "old" feeling tortilla. Quesadillas are a folded tortilla with barely any cheese. I'm blown away at how poor the food is and how bare minimum customer service is given in the drive thru. So sad, hope it gets better soon. I'll be going to other locations when I have a taco bell craving."
