"I came here the other day with my friend and we just wanted two blueberry freezes. We were sitting at the drive through waiting to be served and nobody came to the speaker for 10 minutes. As one does, I went to the window and there was a worker there and I let her know nobody came to the speaker. She told me she would not be taking my order at the window and to pull back around and try again. I pulled the truck back around and waited at the speaker for another 15 minutes, no service. Then, I pulled up to leave because of how ridiculous this was and she waited until I left and helped the next person in line. She refused my service twice for no reason."

"Always clean and neat location including well maintained restrooms. Folks here are welcoming, friendly and very professional. Love ordering tablets (4 in total). Those are super easy to use and give many options to modify menu items or add on to. Very deserved 5 stars ⭐️ is going your way!!!"

"I had one of the worse experience. Ordered the box that comes with the crunch wrap 2 cinnamon balls and a hash brown and a drink. Well they forgot my 2 cinnamon balls and when I went back and told them that they forgot part of my order and they got mad and they put whatever kind of hair in my cinnamon ball where I wouldn’t eat and really made me mad!! I want my money back!!"

"I've been to this location before and they have messed up before but today was different. Typically they are fast to fix things. So here is my experience. Went through the drive thru for some take out, order was messed up. Asked for a deluxe grilled cheese burrito cravings box and the grilled cheese burrito was missing. Went inside to get it and had to wait for 20 min. I did get it and some extra cinnamon twists. But this is a pattern. Not a bad day. They were slammed and I get that. But as you will see in my pics, I had no box. The contents were tossed in a bag. Not a box. To me, this location needs to get organized for high volume times and just follow process. The staff are polite and there is still value in the food, but that isn't the point. I chose fast food tonight because it was supposed to be good and quick. Today it was just good. I probably won't come back to this location but I will prefer to go to other Taco Bells. Good people, good food, bad process. It only takes one negative to unbalance that equation."
