"The last few times I’ve come at night they’ve told me the freeze drink machine wasn’t working. So today we asked if it was working. The girl replied with “Nope” in a smart tone. We ordered Cinnabon delights for our kids, and asked for them fresh. We also stated that we had no issue waiting for them. We were given old Cinnabons that were not hot at all & were too hard to eat. The girl taking orders / in the window has terrible customer service. Last time coming here"
