"I don’t write a ton of reviews, but I wanted write one for Total off-road and more Nashville. The most important criteria for me is customer service. I’ve called many shops and it was subpar service until I called Total off road. When I called in, I thought I’d be on the phone for maybe 2 minutes max, however, that was not the case. Ted picked up and answered every question I had. Unlike most shops, Ted took probably 20 minutes to teach me about the products I was interested in. Ted provided nothing short of excellent service to where I decided to drive 45 plus minutes in traffic to their store. First visit he greeted me and walked me through every question and concern I had. Super patient and understanding. I’ll be a customer for life due to Ted. He is a great asset to have and as long as he’s there, I’ll be going to Total off road Nashville. Thank you Ted!"

"I love this place. Always friendly and can find any parts you need. Very helpful even if you need help installing something you thought you could do on your own. I have purchased my bed cover for my truck and installed it with no problem and the window covers. If you have a Jeep definitely check them out."

"My wife and I bought a brand new Tundra 9 years ago from a dealership in clarksville that already had a lift kit on it installed by this store. We liked it so much we brought it back in for an off-road front bumper. We have been pleased in all ways. Some of the same guys who installed it all still work there today. I call them from time to time and get info, specs, and advice on keeping everything going and in good shape when needed as I live in W Maine now with the truck and can no longer bring it in. David R. and DJ are extremely knowledgable and helpful. Hopefully I make it back in to this location someday!"

"I've been wanting to have work done to my Jeep (lift, bumper, wheels and tires) for years but didn't really know where to start. Jordan at the Nashville location was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, very responsive, and extremely patient with all of my specific requests. Once we landed on a plan, he worked me into the shop quickly, provided multiple updates along the way, and followed up once complete. In addition to Jordan, our experience with all other team members has been excellent (Ben - asst. manager) - I look forward to having any ongoing maintenance/work done here in the future.
