"I guess the drive thru is now a walk thru. I witnessed a man be so impatient about how long the line was for the drive thru that he left the line, parked his car in a parking spot and then WALKED UP TO THE WINDOW TO ORDER. Are you kidding me? Not only that, the worker took his order! I sat in my car waiting to pay and get my food with this man standing in front of my hood. Absolutely ridiculous."
"Update today...even worse. They don't know how to read or prepare orders. NO CHEESE MEANS NONE AT ALL. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN AROUND. The staff doesn't care they are too busy scrolling their phone. Ordered on the app... faster right? Waited 15+ in the drive thru no one taking orders. MCD training is no longer what it used to be. If I could give you a zero I would."
"Went for a 50 cent double cheeseburger special. Couldn't order at the counter, and the app wouldn't take my order. Was able to place an order at the kiosk. The burger was stolen, so an employee made a new one. Tasted ok, but my fries were mostly made with small bits of fries. The restaurant was clean. The homeless person in the corner made the dining area smell of a hamster cage. Not that is anything the employees could do about it."
"Wifi won't work, can't order at counter, only kiosks and or app. App wouldn't allow either myself or hubby to place orders. Smelled like a hamster cage. Looked clean, didn't stay very long to eat due to inability to place order."
"I spent the last 1$ I just had on me on this apple pie that is so old it's not even sticky it's hard. So I figured I'd call to let them know and see what I needed to do on my part so I could get what I actually paid for but no,,, no answer.... I was just there , you're not that busy and yes it was just a dollar but that's not my point."
