The peanut sauce had a good balance and the roll was tightly packed. - Ordered a combination pho that comes with the meat and the seafood. - Broth is blend, but they have sauces and spices at the table to put to your liking. - Pho meat comes out rare but you just dip it in the broth and let it cook. Service: - Employee and the owner were very kind. Atmosphere: - Seem to be a popular spot! Had a lot of people come in while I was eating. Notes: - The Vietnamese chopsticks (the square ones) were hard to chose. Ask for a wooden chopsticks which is easier if you find it difficult to use."
