"Ordered online but they brought me another persons order. They took the food back aggressively and got with me and would not correct it. I ended having to leave even after I showed them a receipt because it apparently my fault that they messed it up. All I wanted was my food but I paid for something I didn’t get. I’d live a refund from management and corrective actions should be taken against the employees"

"Can’t even give a star for anything bc we got there, put our order in, says some guy is on his way. then absolute crickets after like 15 minutes so we go to check inside and the doors are locked and lights are off, no one in there. 2 hours before closing. The payment went through too and no food was received. Thanks I guess. Boooooo"

"Charlotte Pike Sonic has gotten ridiculously awful. Every visit that I've had in the past year has been jacked up. And they aren't friendly. That restaurant has gone down since the manager named Greg left. I wouldn't allow my neighbor's dog to eat there. So much for picking up a burger on the run. CONSIDER THIS A WARNING IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.... fries cold and hard and 12 bucks for a# 1 meal that I couldn't eat....WoW"

"Ordered online pickup during their listed hours and they were closed. Still haven't gotten a refund. I am not sure their customer service exists so I think they are just pocketing money for food they don't ever make. I am always missing something from order. What a scam."

"One of absolute worst Sonics I've ever been to. Mobile ordering was down. We ordered corn dogs and they were pretty old. Mozzarella sticks were fresh and our drinks were good but the insane wait time just to get food warmed under a heat lamp is too much. Not the best neighborhood either."
