"Paid $200 for an oil change and to get two filters replaced which was a mistake. They left the air filter box top half on with a few screws missing. I could hear a weird vibration and when I went to check it I noticed a couple inch gap from where it should be so I took it back to be corrected. When they put it on the right way I asked about where they lost the screws and they proceeded to pull them off my windshield wiper and put them in, fully knowing what was going on. They were polite but definitely not interested in doing the work after they sell it."

"Love this Jiffy location. I switch over from the Valvoline across the street and couldn’t be happier. Showed up at 8:02 am this morning to try and get oil changed before work . They had 6 people on staff ready to go . I was in and out quickly . Will come back"

"Quick, friendly, fair pricing. Nice guys, didn’t push hard for extras. New customer discount helped out. In and out within 20 minutes. Much better than waiting 3 hours for the “15 minute oil change” across the street at valvoline. I will be coming back."

"Waited an hour in the waiting area. They never pulled my car in to start working on it. They pulled several cars around mine and finished them. I asked them why my car was still outside and I got attitude from both employees saying they were shortstaffed. Completely disrespectful and didn’t care at all. I ended up leaving with no oil change because I wasn’t gonna let them work on my car after watching them struggle to do basic oil changes. One star is too many."

"12/12/2023: Editing to add: later in the evening after my oil change, I started to notice what sounded like my brakes and rotors going bad- serious grinding noises every time I slowed down. I drove to my parents in another state, and when my dad and I had the time, we started the process to replace the brakes and rotors, only to lift the car up and see that there was a plate that had not been reinstalled properly and was dragging on the ground creating the terrible noise I had been hearing. Once we screwed everything back into place, and test drove it, the noise stopped. I’ve driven back here to TN with no issues of the plate falling back down. This could have caused major damage if it had gotten caught on something while driving or backing up- thankfully it didn’t. But it caused major concern thinking I had bad breaks/rotors. Yet another reason as to why I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube. Overall, this experience shows a lack of attention to detail, inability to leave others personal items alone, and inability to properly clean. 12/6/2023: I needed an oil change and decided to use this location since I couldn’t get an appointment that worked with my schedule at my usual place. I just ate lunch before getting in line for service, had my leftovers in the car, as well as a bag with dog treats in the back seat. Service was not the best. It took about 7-10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me and asked what service I needed. Then when the service was over, I paid and got in my car to find my leftovers from lunch had been thrown out and my bag of dog treats moved from their original place. Upon further inspection, I found grease/dirt all over the inside of the door handle and other parts of my interior, including my driver seat. And then my mirrors and windows were “cleaned” but they’re just smudge and not actually clean. Worst part is that I just washed and cleaned my car yesterday, so this just undid my cleaning. I appreciate the thought, but now I have a mess to clean up and I no longer have leftovers. I don’t feel like I can trust that my belongings will be left alone if I were to return- so I won’t. At least they discounted my service because I waited- but even still, I’ve never paid $100+ for an oil change (including labor and air filters)."
