"I've never been to Australia so I can only assume that this place is legit. Atmosphere is calm and inviting, friendly service and delicious food. What more do you need? The side salad is a generous portion of fresh veggies and house made dressing. The pulled pork is tender and boasts a slightly smoky flavor. Black pepper Kettle chips are the perfect side."
"Love the concept. Atmosphere was great and everyone there was nice, service was great. Definitely recommend for a relaxed breakfast or lunch stop. Cinnaon rolls, sausage rolls, meat pies, etc., come out fast. Spinach crepe and robust veggies took a long time but were worth the wait. The crepe wasn't as crunchy as I like it but was overflowing with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. It was enormous and I ended up taking half of it home along with some cinnamon rolls."
"I've passed this place hundreds of times so I decided to try it. I originally went in because I saw they had baked potatoes, but once I arrived they said they didn't have them. I ordered the Joan hogie sandwich with chips. I give it a 3 out of 5. It tasted ok but nothing to brag about or want to come back for. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was very laid back and homey. They have a prayer board and I got emotional looking at it (not a bad thing but it touched me). The grilled cheese kids meal cheese was so thick that my girls wouldn't eat it."
"Everything was amazing. They even put an egg on the burger. The only problem was the burger bun tasted old. Not fresh. Sudden being flaky and crumbly like old aged hamburger buns. I give this place an A-. Video review coming to Jack on the go show."
"I love everything about this place! The atmosphere, the food and their mission of helping train formerly homeless people in the culinary arts! Their crepes are large and just perfect. My friend and I each enjoyed the Top O The Morning Crepe with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese. Delicious! My friend enjoyed it with a savory salsa and I had mine sweet with maple syrup. Another friend had fried eggs toast and some of the best and crispiest home fries (with onions and bacon mixed in) I’ve had in Nashville! Waitstaff we’re friendly and very helpful. And while the place had a good breakfast trade happening the atmosphere didn’t feel too loud or cramped (as lots of places can). I hadn’t a clue it was a nonprofit cafe designed to help people learn a trade and get back on their feet until we were almost done with our meal. That…and the GREAT food…will keep me coming back! Bravo."
