Reviews of Domino's Pizza
"The "store manager" was soooo rude and did not want to remake my pizza that the employee's had messed up. He kept cutting me off while i was speaking and insisted that he wanted the world to know that's he's the "store manager" I have been a customer here for YEARS and he's been disrespectful once before and i got treated the same way by him and of course he had to let it be known THEN that he's the "store manager".... one of his managers told me i could come back to pick up my order because it wasn't right which her name was "Emily" once i came inside he was here. i greeted him he never welcomed me into the store he also made it clear that he did not have to refund me or remake my pizza due "Emily" not being on the clock. I tried to show my receipt he turned it down i had to threaten to call the police just to get my pizzas made. I feel so uncomfortable in this store i feel like he's racist and take the position as the "store manager" as power like he's the owner of the franchises. I thought the customers are always right? He treated me so disgusting i will not recommend ANYONE coming to this domino's the sore is 5510-A. He's very unprofessional and need better communication skills with customers."
"The way that I was treated tonight left me speechless. I placed an order online while I’m at another restaurant picking up some food. It took a while to get that food, which was fine because I figured Domino’s would be busy on a Friday night. I get to dominos to pay for and pick up the order. The RUDE lady who was the cashier ( she identified herself as a manager) told me that it would be an additional 25 to 30 minutes so I asked her why didn’t she tell me that before I paid for my food and she just still there with a smirk on her face so I said OK fine I come back to the store after 30 minutes not only is the food not ready it has not even been made. She tells me there are two more orders before my order. OK so I asked for a refund again with that same smirk she told me OK it’s refunded. It’ll take 3 to 5 business days and I said no I’d like for my money to return to my card now please and loudly she said it’ll take 3 to 5 business days. I then asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. She asked me if I wanted to speak to her general manager and I say please a young gentleman comes up with a rude, rude behavior toward me stating and I quote it’ll be 3 to 5 business days. I am not a bank, so I said OK may I please have the district managers phone number he said no I can’t give you that information and I told him I understood that I said well can you give the district manager my number and ask him/her to call me and again he rudely says no he is the manager, and what he says goes. Again, I asked him if I could leave my number for somebody to call me and that’s when he got loud and told me to just get out. While I’m standing there with this blank look on my face another young lady from the side, uses profanity toward me, and the other young lady who identified herself as the manager stated, I just want to stand there and argue, so that they were going to call the police at that point. I had five different employees telling me to just get out of the store.. I asked that young lady several times for a receipt she would not give me a receipt. Luckily I paid with a visa and I have proof that I was there. I know that they all smirking and laughing while myself and the other customers who were in the store standing there in disbelief looking at them I did go outside as they asked me to leave out of the store. I called the NASHVILLE police nonemergency line. I made my complaint and I am handling this myself. Every review that I read was the exception of two, and that one was a duplicate gave one star because of the poor and rude customer service. Well, I can confirm it was poor and rude customer service however, I am not only choosing not to support dominoes again. I am taking this to the highest level. This is about to be a bunch of bad publicity for dominoes particularly that location."
"The only employee in the store was making pizzas. For a few minutes he did not even speak to us. When he did, he let us know that it would be several minutes before he could take our order. Perhaps, I am confused, but customer service training that I have had is the customer that is standing in front of you takes priority. I do understand that online orders need to be accomplished but taking an order does not take that much time. So, we wait almost 10 minutes and never get our order placed. A driver walks in and asks if he can take our order. So, we sit down and wait for our food. The non-customer service oriented pizza maker never let us know that our food was ready. A driver on the way out of the store told us. This is my third poor experience with the Dominoes location. I called another location, and the manager texted the district manager that they promised would get back to me so that I might be able to help Dominoes help Dominoes. You guessed it, they really do NOT care and I have not been called back. Public Service Announcement, if you want any semblance of customer service do not go to Dominoes!!!"
"I eat from here 2x a week at least. Was really hungry and looking forward to a good easy meal after a long grueling day at work. Just got paid only had 100 dollar bills. Was told No and turned away! Won’t be eating here anymore. Should have just given me the pizza. What else will happen to it? Tell you what won’t happen to it-> won’t be paid for. Should have saved a customer instead of embarrassing and definitely losing one. Thanks"
