"We were in town for a concert and found this place by the Google reviews. This place is a relaxed, chill vibe and amazing cocktails. The bartenders were awesome and super nice. Definitely a must visit if you want some handcrafted cocktails. The banana espresso martini is a must try!"

"Thrilled to have found this new spot that’s a coffee shop during the day and a bar at night; I have a feeling it’s going to be my new go-to spot. I went for an open mic Thursday and it was a great night. Owner (Mike) is super friendly and quite amazing to be honest. He was making delicious drinks, with great attention to detail. Watching him make cocktails so passionately, I really wanted to check out this place during the day for coffee. They make their syrups from scratch, so I think Lattes would taste pretty good too. I tried Social Butterfly from their regular menu, and loved it. I also tried Peppermint Mochatini from their seasonal menu and liked that as well. I’d definitely recommend social butterfly for those who like gin-based cocktails. Can’t wait to try lavender latte (iced) next time I go. Parking is somewhat hard to find but I was able to find street parking easily because I went early but all my friends found street parking at different times throughout the night. Many of my friends couldn’t find the place easily, I had to go out to wave at them.. but if you see the sign at eye level, you can find this place. It’s a great neighborhood gem for me and I’ll be going there again very soon with my other set of friends."

"Was visiting Nashville and happen to stumble across this hidden gem of a place! I initially went in for my morning coffee and was greeted by the wonderful staff! Not only was the coffee superb but I was also very impressed with their selection of breakfast treats. I was invited to come back with our group and check out Grandpa’s at night and we were not disappointed. Mike and his crew are wonderful and so welcoming and attentive. The cocktails were absolutely delicious and carefully crafted with such attention to detail. The atmosphere was also fantastic! I’m just disappointed I don’t live in Nashville or I’d easily be a regular at Grandpas, day and night!"

"The atmosphere is perfect for the start of any day. The owner and staff are so welcoming and friendly. As a coffee drinker from Seattle, my expectations are high and Grandpa Bar exceeded them!
