"The Omni is lovely. The staff at Bongo is rude, and the coffee has a very odd taste. Our latte and Americano were ok. There is a weird aftertaste that I am not sure how to describe but with I did drink mine. My daughter threw hers out it was so gross. Save your money and go somewhere else."

"I stayed in the Omni for a convention and loved the fact that a good coffee shop was so close. Even with a Dunkin Donut across the street this coffee shop was always busy. They offer a few breakfast items to go along with your coffee. A case of muffins and pastries and some some breakfast sandwich options. They also had a refrigerator case of lunch selections. They had all the usual/traditional coffee options and a few add-in flavor choices. Even though they don’t have cold brew coffee listed on their menu, they do have it available. Their cold brew is VERY good; nice and smooth, great flavor and not bitter at all!! Service was quick but NOT friendly. Price was reasonable. The shop was very clean and nicely organized."
