Reviews of Beechcroft Automotive
"% star service seems little low for my rating. I give David and his crew a solid 110%. He is all about customer service. What I like is David will tell you like it is. He will assess your issue and guarantee his work. I have never felt so confident about a mechanic and his honesty. Don't say I told you but I even witnessed him helping out a single mom who was in dire straights. Heart of Gold and honest to a "T". I recommend David all day long and two times on Sunday."
"Our starter went out right before a big road trip and the owner fit us in and got it fixed in time for us to leave. The prices was incredibly fair too. Top notch business!"
"Highly recommend Beechcroft Automotive. David was a pleasure to work with. They were able to get me in fast, gave me an estimate that they stuck by and got my car back to me running great! They were even able to save me some money. We won't be taking our cars anywhere else. Great shop to do business with."
"I highly recommend Beechcroft- they are all extremely helpful and did not force me into getting something that was not needed right away. I came in very frustrated this was my third place i went to but David helped me understand what was needed to be done and what could hold off for 6 months. No matter what auto place/ dealership i go to i always feel pressured into doing this or that because they are trying to upsell you. But with the genuine honesty from David I feel very confident that i was not pressure into something and from what i see he is reasonably priced. If i could do 100 stars i would!"
"Dropped one of our vehicles off to be serviced after describing the issue. Got a call a few days later. After given 2 options to address the situation, I chose to have it fixed at 100%. Cost of $480.66. The cheaper option would leave me without a parking brake. Cool. Get a call saying it's ready a couple days later. Didn't make it out of their driveway before hearing the same noise I just paid almost $500 to fix. Turn around and pull back in. Mechanic shines his flashlight on the rear rotor and exclaims, you need new rotors.... .... .... That's fine, but why did I have to waste an hour of my time to tell them the job they charged me for isn't done? I've spent my entire life thinking a mechanic will drive a vehicle to determine symptoms then install new parts until symptoms go away. I was wrong. Get a text the next day informing me the car is ready. To my surprise, the rest of the repairs totaled another $480.. so over $900 and my vehicle doesn't make any noises. 1st ticket is somewhat itemized. 2nd receipt just states rotors and pads. I'm pretty sure I got charged double labor. For someone else's lack of intelligence. I guess I feel like I paid them to bake me a cake and they did. . Just forgot to put the eggs in lol. And once I bring it up they charge me for making another cake. Because they forgot a simple step in repairing a vehicle. I also understand trouble shooting and how sometimes the root cause can be deeper or may also require additional parts. That's fine. Charging double labor is absurd. Especially, when it reflects your inability to properly perform tasks in which you've already received wages for. Unless , rotors and pads costs nearly $500 , that's on a 10 yr old Toyota."
