"Was on my way home and my battery died. I had about an hour drive and this specific store was recommended to me as it was a few miles away and the person who recommended it said they have great service. THEY WERE CORRECT!!! I walked in and Kevin assisted me. He went out, tested my battery, handed me the report and explained what it meant. He never once pushed me to purchase or spoke down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. He instead decided to educate me as to what was exactly going on with my car. About 20 min later, he had replaced my battery and I was good to go. I took the time to thank Kevin and tell him how much I appreciated the service. His response was: "I strive to treat every person who walks in like they are my family, my mom or friend." Wow! What a response. I truly felt taken care of. The customer service I experienced was such a surprise and breath of fresh air experience. Not just Kevin, there were a couple other gentlemen working there. They all engaged me and assured me that it would be an easy fix once the problem was confirmed. Thank you Kevin and other co-workers. You are doing great work and I do hope you get recognized for it."
