"They forgot our bread, brought the wrong pop and then had to re-deliver the bread...the door dash guy they assigned to deliver didn't speak English so he didn't even know to check that our order was correct. Didn't offer a discount and still charged us for the delivery! Didn't seem to care at all that they screwed our order up."

"Outstanding customer service from the staff working on Dec 27, 2023 around 730 PM. There was a delay with the delivery and they made sure the pizza was fresh (and delicious) when I got it and made sure to apologize for the delay and make it right. Great service and great food!"

"We have dined at this restaurant several times and normally, our food is great but this time they let us down. These boneless chicken wings look nothing like advertised on the internet or coupons or how we have previously received them. When I asked if they could be tossed, I was told “sauce is in the bottom of the container” wow! So much for good customer service."

"I accidentally typed in my address one digit off, which is an easy mistake to make. The driver called, texted, and left a voicemail which I appreciate. I just didn’t appreciate the rude condescending tone I received through each method of communication. When he arrived, he chewed my spouse out saying he was wasting his time, and we had already apologized for the typo prior. Next time I’ll take my pizza without the attitude and disrespect. It’s an easily made mistake. Will not be ordering from here again."
