"We recently moved into the neighborhood and I thought I’d found my regular coffee spot. First time we went there, we got lattes (they were ok), their baked goods were really good. Second time: as I was entering with my baby, she dropped her milk bottle and so when I entered and ordered, I asked if they could just “give” me 1 or 2 oz of milk, and explained that my baby had spilled her milk outside. I then ordered 20$ worth of coffee and baked goods and left a 4$ tip. They gave me milk, but they charged me 4$ for a cup of milk. I didn’t say anything, but I have also not gone back. A little friendliness and lagniappe spirit will go a long way in cultivating regulars!"

"Have been coming here for years. My favorite thing about it is the service. I always feel appreciated for being a customer. Plus everything I've ordered has been DELICIOUS, even just a simple coffee! I have also loved their matcha lattes and seasonal drinks, dairy free of course! Also love the atmosphere and vibe. It's always got some great artwork on the walls and even the centerpieces add such a touch of fun and joy to the place."
