I’ve seen a few park in the handicap with plates or a placard. Please let’s be courteous and leave those spots open. Even if you’re just running in for a quick pick-up. There are 10 minute spot close enough for that."

"This was my first time ordering at this location. I ordered an iced venti gingerbread oat milk chai tea latte. My husband picked it up for me and it’s literally 3 inches of chai tea and 5 inches of cold foam it seems like. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. I didn’t order a cup of cold foam. Ridiculous. I contacted customer support and someone named Priya helped me out tremendously. But other than that, go to a different location!"

"Out of all the Starbucks locations I've been to in the Nashville/Middle TN region (And I've been to almost every location) this has got to be hands down the worst of them for one reason... quality of service. There is a male employee at this location that absolutely doesn't care regarding the quality of service and I have seen it impact the coworkers as well. I've never had a problem here In the morning or during the day. Just in the evening. I am a regular at the Starbucks in North Spring Hill and they know my order as soon as I get to the store. The last 4 times I have been to this location they have screwed up my drink and I have given extra effort to make sure that they repeat my request so they get it right. The little sticker on the cup reads completely wrong each time. This particular male employee has been involved every single time my order has been screwed up. About 2 weeks ago I went into the drive-thru I placed my order with a female at 8:27 PM. When I drive to the window I paid for the order and here this particular male employee pops around the corner into view and I notice he is conversing with the female employee. She shrugs her hands and tells him to handle it. He comes to the window and says "I'm sorry we can't make your order because I turned the coffee bar off already." I looked at my phone and it's 8:29 PM. Google here says they close at 8:30. Every time my order has been screwed up this male employee is making jokes and laughing with the other employees and obviously having a good time. I would have no problem with that if my order wasn't screwed up every time! It's not even worth coming here in the evening."
