"Honestly, I don’t know where to begin with this. This morning circa 11:20am me and my friend went to our local Dunkin. We both mobile ordered. When we got to the window, the lady said she didn’t have my order because it didn’t go through. She asked for the receipt so I showed it to her via email (I did my order as a guest so it wasn’t in the app) confirming it showing the correct store and everything. She I like not make my order because it wasn’t in the app. My caring friend who is more confrontational than I am parked the car and we marched inside. My friend explained the situation, and they said they didn’t know what to do so they got the manager. The manager told the girl to make the order, as this issue has been happening a lot recently. The worker rolled her eyes and continued to make orders. I waited another 15 minutes. People were just standing around at the front, not seeming to care whatsoever. This is not good customer service. My food finally came out from another lady and i mentioned I had ordered a drink and she very rudely said it was getting made. My drink was in fact NOT being made. So, 5 minutes go by and someone FINALLY asks what i’m waiting on. The original girl made my drink after she had put it off til the very end. They also got my food order wrong and my friend’s croissant was burned black. If you’re going to mess up at least be kind and make an effort to fix your mess. It’s the Christmas season maybe be a little joyful and kind. I will not be going back to that Dunkin. Starbucks 4L"

"Dunkin’ Donuts in Brentwood: Where is the owner? The Management? Read your reviews. The service here is lousy. When I tried to order, another guy tells me, “We’re out of donuts for the day.” What?! He repeats. It was only 3:15 on a Monday. How about you reduce the hodge podge menu and actually serve donuts. Ridiculous."

"I've been in there three times now and dealt with nothing but disrespect. One time I got a frozen coffee and not only was it the wrong flavor... no whipped cream... I was nice about it at first... nobody is perfect... I waited silently a few minutes... they ignored me even though they weren't busy. I finally was kindly assertive and this lady jokingly said in front of everyone "you know that I don't care about people coming up in here" ...first of all... you should care about everyone you encounter unless given a reason not to... second of all.... wth tbh. ...then I have tipped several times and only had a dollar for a cup of ice... nice again... you grinned at me said 1.09... enjoy your terrible behavior... it's clearly gotten you all the happiness in the world... jerks."
