"This is the second time I’ve went there and their frozen machine was down. I understand if it’s broken but I went inside, ordered, and waited for 15-20 minutes then they finally told me that their frozen machine was broken."
"I don't know what happened but this location has been awful since Novemeber. They are super slow, like 1 car at a time through drive-thru. There is always 1 person running around with her head cut off, and there is never enough people working. Management seriously needs to do better."
