"Take a pass on this location. There were only 2 tables available to sit. No specialty coffee available. Bagel was not toasted even though it was ordered that way. When I brought the creamer jug to the counter because it was empty one of the staff asked “and you set that there why?” as if I were interrupting her day. Sometimes good food can make up for bad service. Not here. There are other options."
"I can literally go to this place everyday. Want to give a special shout out to Muffin at the Harding Pike location. She has made my sandwiches to perfection every time and she has a great personality. She needs a raise. She was making sandwiches, making sure orders were going out correctly, keeping production flowing and making sure customers left satisfied. That means a lot when dealing with food. You can tell she is passionate about her job and quality of food she is giving out to the public. Great job!!! I will forever be a customer. Thank you."
"I grew up getting Bruegger’s Bagels, and it’s been a favorite of mine since I was a little girl. So being in town, I was excited to have it again. I remembered one of my favorite sandwiches, the peppered bacon egg and cheese and was excited to see it on the menu and decided to get it. I wanted to try to get a bagel with the salmon cream cheese that I remembered getting mom my mom, but apparently that doesn’t exist any more. This sandwich was not the one I grew up with, to say the least. The bag and wrapper was SOAKING in grease. The egg was green/ grey, there was hardly any cheese. The bacon was not peppered, nor crisp. Just plain, fatty and sad. The bagel was pretty good/fresh so I’ll give points there. But that was the only part of my sandwich I enjoyed. I had seen reviews about the lack of quality these days and I decided to ignore them and take my chances. But unfortunately they were correct. I’ll miss the Bruegger’s I once knew, cause it was seriously one of my favorite breakfast spots."
"We drove over an hour just to get bagels to bring back home with us for breakfast. We left our home at 5am so that we could be there early and there was still a few people ahead of us in line. The bagels are delicious and the staff was great! Bakers dozen is the way to go! Just trust me!!"
"My local spot in another spots wins over this one. But, I enjoyed mine. I had a honey sriracha breakfast sandwich. Friend had pastrami with an egg. He said the pastrami could have been better, but was ok. Cool little spot. Bummed they didn't have chairs and tables out. I think they'd have higher traffic if it was more welcoming. 3 stars for this."
