"Went once because it's really hard to find a breakfast place in the area. Our table (and the whole place) was filthy. The service was excruciatingly slow and the food was, to be generous, mediocre. I went with my Mom, and felt really terrible about having taken her to a place like this. A while back, I ate at a Waffle House in another state, and it was fine...so it's just this location, I guess."

"I get it, establishments are super busy at certain times and patience is key, however 30+ min wait on a to go order is insane. I wouldn’t mind waiting that long at all had my meals(2) been of quality taste, that wasn’t the case. The bacon wasn’t crispy or taste fresh at all, the grits were rushed and basically powder and water in a bowl. I’ve never had a complaint for any WH establishment and I’ve been using their service for years but this specific location left a bad taste in my mouth. It was a waste of my money in all honesty."

"There was mold on my burger bun. I had to throw up in a bucket and they left it sitting in the hall in front of the bathrooms. The waitress never took the plate from me so I had to sit there and look at it. And there had been homeless people doing shenanigans in the bathroom so I couldn’t go in there to clean up. Nasty."

"My sisters and I had literally just left the hospice facility after losing and saying goodbye to our Dad. It was about 2am. We were grief stricken, exhausted, and, frankly, a little lost emotionally. We saw the sign as we exited the 196 and turned in like youngsters after a night on the town. The place was full, as always, and I believe there were only two people working. A waitress and cook. We were lucky to nab a table, and the waitress was right there. We had great service. Great food, and even managed to reminisce and have a little laughter in the midst of deep loss. Kudos to the crew working 2am on 01/12/24. You brought joy and healing to aching hearts."

"Another excellent experience at the Waffle House! We came in mid morning, sat at the high counter, and was waited on by Tish, who was amazing! The place was fully staffed, led by Jade, a very competent manager. You're greeted as you walk in, and seated as quickly as they can. The food was hot and delicious, much like myself! I love their sausage! If you live in Bellevue or are passing through Nashville, make this WH your preferred location!"
