"Friendly staff, my Mother and I were greeted shortly after entering the store....it was well staffed for a Saturday at 3pm. Pretty clean and neat store. Its like an upgraded version of TJ MAXX I feel, the pricing was pretty decent for the location."

"I called the store in search of a specific dress & spoke to Bobbie who patiently got all the info and went to work trying to find it. She call me back later and although no dress, it was clear that she had gone above & beyond with exceptional customer service. That’s rare these days so she really made my day, even without the dress! Thanks again Bobbie!"

"While I had great customer service in your store, your return policies are NOT conducive to today's times at all. I bought an item in a store while on vacation and decided to return it for a larger size. The closet store to Tampa, FL (where I reside) is over 2 hours away. I tried to return it online and was told I could not mail it back into the online department. I then called the store out of state where it was purchased and was told that I could not mail it in...I could only mail to someone local who could return it for a merchandise credit. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE...this will be my last visit to one of your stores. I cannot tell you my disappointment in your policies."

She knows me by name, always helping pick out cute clothes, and is there when I need her! She always has a smile and welcomes everyone who comes in the store! Maurices is my favorite store, especially Spring Hill Maurices!"
