"The staff ignores everyone that decides to come inside rather than go through the drive thru. I’ve tried multiple times just to pick up Uber eats delivery orders that I can see are ready and getting cold but the staff won’t acknowledge my existence. When after 5 or more minutes of standing there I dare to say excuse me can I pick up this order? I get an eye roll and a cold shoulder. Also, the entire time the black haired girl with tattoos was on her phone talking about target store pricing. Close the inside if you can’t get employees to run it and allow delivery drivers ti go through the drive thru."

"Very bad service, the manager and the employees are rude, they are not friendly at all, and the food is super ugly, the french fries are hard and ugly and dry."

"There was actually a person at the register. She was very nice and helpful. The food was fresh. All the available tables were dirty. No one cleaned them the entire time we were there. The trash bin was overflowing. We had to ask for ketchup. None was available by the drink fountains nor at the counter. I'm glad we stopped by. A much needed repast!"

"Had to wait almost 20 mins for my curbside order. Had to go in and get while it was just sitting on the counter . Then the lady tried to say it didn’t let them know I was there . It has which spot I was at in my bag . Do better with service instead of lying ."
