"On Valentines Day, I placed a mobile order for the specialty donuts. When I got to the window, I was told they were out of them (it wasn't even noon). I said to cancel the order. They did not. I later reported this to corporate because I initially wasn't going to do anything about it. Nothing was done. It's not the money. It's a matter of principle. Starbucks wouldn't blow off a customer."

"The gentleman who cashed me out was very pleasant and kind. However the older lady didn’t seem to have any customer service experience. She handed me multiple drinks that were incorrect and had an attitude with me because they were wrong. I ended up with whatever she handed me all that were wrong and one was half full. Both drinks had zero sweeteners or cream both of which I had ordered they tasted so bad we couldn’t drink them, such a waste. I just left because I didn’t want to deal with her. It sucks because I live right down the road and I’ve been here many times before and it was wonderful but I will not be coming here again."

"The service at this Dunkin has really gone down hill in the last 6 months. They have trouble hiring associates for this location and because of that my orders are very inconsistent. I hope they can get a good team together soon."

"FOOD POISONING!!!! I’ve been here 3 times. Each time, something was missing, they were out of something, or I got the wrong food. I still went back because I love DD, and I ordered an iced latte and ended up getting extreme food poisoning. Why? Because they are serving out of date milk. The new franchise owner is so cheap that he’s knowingly serving expired food and beverages. There’s flies all over the restaurant. It’s dirty."

"Me and my girl went in for a single coffee and a sandwich. We watched a number of individuals walk in, get served, and leave while we were sitting there waiting. We were sitting there waiting for almost AN HOUR! For a darn sandwich. Another thing. Someone's gotta get some fly tape because I watched like 10 flies fly around the heads of other customers."
