Panera Bread

"I can’t believe how bad this location is. During the pandemic they tried to blame everything on supply chains. Pandemic been over for quite a while. I just came in this store after a year and a half of traveling to other locations to avoid this locations issues. And nothing has changed. Out of virtually half the ingredients it takes to make A Green Goddess salad. Chose a Mediterranean bowl instead but “sorry we are outta rice.” I was like, “what can we get that comes the way intended?” Young lady(very sweet) said, “I’m not sure.” Obviously a management issue. Used to come here but always had frozen chicken in the Green Goddess salad. Usually they would never put in the ingredients I paid extra for. Looks like I’ll just ditch Panera for good and hit the T’Zikis."

"The attitude at this store is wild. They get upset for making an order because it's 15 mins before lunch. I was able to order it online. Then they didn't even fill up the soup completely. You shouldn't be microwaving soup 15 mins before it's supposed to be surved anyway. It should already be finished! I wish I could add a picture. I just don't get why they do things like this. If you don't want to work there then find a different job. If you do, then don't correctly. I never once spoke to a person. But I definitely heard them talking behind the window. pretty unprofessional."

"There are chronic issues at this particular location with: -being understaffed (sometimes no one is at the register) -frequently being out of several self-serve items at once (today it was hot water, decaf coffee, and hazelnut coffee) -unprofessional staff (recently a manager and an employee had a lengthy and loud argument about packaging protocol audible to the whole dining room) -tables being uncleaned between customers (e.g., crumbs) -inconsistent WiFi (drops every 20 minutes, hard to connect) On top of that, the new policy of requiring a visit to the pickup window for cups is just obnoxious. If it wasn’t such a convenient location I would never come here."

"Corporate keeps changing things in the app and in store that just makes things less worth it. Used to be able to modify the side on the Value Duets, and now you can't. It looks like there's not even a side listed anymore either and when I ordered I didn't get one. I read that the default side is the baguette and no mods are available for the duets. But I dont understand the reasoning for taking away swapping out the sides unless they are just trying to turn people off of the Duets. Which, if so, fine. I'll be happy to spend my writing time elsewhere and cancel my Sip club. Damn shame. I really liked coming here two to three times a week to write but I have a budget to keep to, so lose/lose! All this to say this is the fault of the corporation!! The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful and they deserve 5 stars. Panera as a company is just finding more ways to turn people off in pursuit of profits."

"These sandwiches are better and more filling than what you get in a sit down restaurant around here! Yes, kind of slow when you go during the lunch rush because they are literally getting 100+ orders… but well worth the few minutes wait. I order online ahead of time, ready when I get there :)"
