Domino's Pizza

"Deliver person was kind. Was the only positive experience. The Pizza and desert were order at 7:47 was not deliver until 9:33. Sat in quality from 8:01 until 9:18 until the deliver started. When I got the food, the food was cold and missing the icing for the desert. Shame on you Domino's, this is not day one for your business. Next time I will be thinking twice about spending my money with your company and buy local instead. I continue to have problems out of this location. You stand at the counter for several mins, no one wants to help. Oder a pickup and you Oder says complete and it’s still in the over. People standing and pizza are ready, but no one wants to help with calling out names. You have to stair at some, get an attitude to get your food. Complete failure at this location"

"I pulled up to this Domino's after having doordash all night right before they closed. I wanted to bring some food home to my family and I knew they were about to close so I tried to hurriedly place the order online and was not successful. I then proceeded to call what I hoped was the store but I got a call center instead but talking to the lady quickly I was able to place my order with literally 30 seconds to spare. I could hear the moans and groans of despair of all the employees inside who had not quite made it to closing before a new order popped up. That being said after having gone inside I explained to them that I used to close at a pizza restaurant myself for several years and I know exactly how they felt and I apologized profusely and they graciously made my order even though it was just before they closed. I ordered thin crust pizzas knowing that they would not need to get go out to make a dough skin if I did that and that would at least save them that trouble. I got my order hot fresh very quickly and after getting home with my pizzas enjoyed them greatly because they were very delicious. Thank you to this Domino's team for staying those few extra minutes to help me with my order even though I know you were ready to go home! You guys rock keep up the good work!"

"The female shift manager working on October 28th, 2023 at 5:30 pm has an attitude problem and does not know how to deal w customers. She is also rude and completely unprofessional. Will never return again. The most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen."

"I ordered a $20 pizza with no tomatoes, black olives and other veggies. I get a pizza with tomatoes, hardly any olives and some sparse veggies. Next time it's easier and cheaper to make my own pizza than order from here"
