"I really like this place, the food is good and during weekdays this place is something special, the main issue is on weekends, they tend to completely overextend themselves and have wait times for over an hour on a constant basis, normally I wouldn't even write a review but I'm a delivery driver and I just had two deliveries from there, one of them the client had been waiting so long that they canceled their order, ordered another restaurant and had another driver deliver their food before I even arrived and yet it still got delivered to their door even though they had canceled and the other I was given the wrong food and had to return to get the correct order. Overall this really has soured my experience at this place, I wish they realize they were sacrificing their quality for the insane quantity they are putting out"

"The Sicilian pizza crust was stale for the first time ever! It also had a thin continuous burned area on the bottom of the crust around the perimeter of the pizza the last few times we’ve visited. In the previous visit we honestly thought we forgot to order a Sicilian crust at all because the dough had not risen enough or they are using less dough but the pizza was rectangular thus it was a Sicilian crust after all. We have eaten here since they first opened 20+ years ago. Not the same quality and caring anymore!"
