"The prices literally changes depending on who take your order over the phone I was charged a higher price and received the wrong order no napkins no utensils they even left my drink a couple of times the female who take the orders via delivery is beyond rude and do not care about customer service the delivery driver did not bring my food to the door I had to go out in the rain and or cold in the middle of the street but yet the delivery fee is included and I normally tip really good it wasn't like this years ago idk what happened this lady literally just tried to charge me $30 for 3 tenders and fries when you go inside you get different services which is a little better"

"Don't get fries as your side as they look, feel, and taste like they were sitting in oil overnight. Soggy and overcooked I'm honestly amazed on how you can get that texture. The only saving grace was the sandwich which was good. Not a great price for half my food being inedible."

"We placed a order with them at 10:15 am. Here it is at 12: 30. We get are food and it was the wrong order. And was Cold as a dead bird. Call talk to a manager and had to fight with him just to get the price down. Manager want us to send the food back with driver to get it remade. We only get a 30 min break for lunch. Was unable to have this issues resolved with manager."
