"Very clean and decorated with a western themed atmosphere. The food was delicious and fresh. Not overcooked or overly seasoned. I ordered the salmon and it was juicy and well done. The waitress was very kind, attentive regularly and was always smiling. I liked that. The potato soup is wonderful! Hot, creamy, and tasty for cold winter days."

"I’m an out of towner just passing through and stopped here for dinner. Seated quickly. Service was amazing! I wish I remembered her name 12/6 7pm small beautiful blonde. I was alone and asked if she could take my drink with her so I could go to the restroom and this beautiful soul said I’ll do you one better and sit here with your drink until you get back. That was so sweet! Food was amazing!! Just perfect. Stop here for sure!!"

"We ordered two sirloin salads towards the end of the evening. We did request extra blue cheese dressing.and that did not happen. When the server came out, he was nice, and said, since it is the end of the night we gave you some extra bread. We said cool. This bread was so hard you could not even bite through it. The salad was nothing special, we tried cutting the bread with one of those plastic knives they give you, and bent the knife. Since they only gave us one set of eating utensils, we tried eating the salad with the knife. Here are the pictures of the bread. There’s no way that someone packed that bread and did not notice that the bread was so hard you could hit someone in the head with it. I would rather put my $45 somewhere else. I know places have bad evenings, but I work hard for my expendable money, and feel like quality should be important."

"The food and service way better than the last time we were there. Maybe a change in management or staff. Whatever they did keep it going! Our server Sack and our Host Alex are the reason we will keep coming back to this place. Sack was attentive to our needs and brought free deserts for our daughters which was their birthday celebration. Alex was awesome from the first call greeting and upon arrival at the restaurant. We actually we tried to dine at Outback but as soon as we got there the place looks like a Golden Corral upgraded to having servers. Sorry but no thanks. The host at Outback was rude on the phone just because I asked how long was the wait and if can give them the heads up of a party of 8 ppl. When I call Longhorn, now that was service with a smile. That’s why we will keep coming back to Longhorn all the time. The food was excellent the ribs and the Chocolate Stampede are our favorites! Thanks again to Sack and Alex from Longhorn Steakhouse in Jackson, TN! Please give these guys a raise or some commendation!"

"Enjoyed our time here. We had the 20 oz ribeye and the wings. It came with a side salad and rice. We loved it. And we also ordered strawberry margarita and bud light. Everything was delicious and came out fast even though it was busy. Good food!!"
