"They always take forever to fill medicine. Dr calls it in and 24 hours later still not filled when I called and asked they said it would be ready in an hour. over an hour later i’m here and it’s still not ready and will likely be another 30 minutes after sitting here for 5 minutes waiting. This is not a one time occurrence and unfortunately my insurance uses CVS to be in network so I have no choice but to fill here or go to another town!"
"My wife got out of the hospital in West Point and called to let them know she was coming by to get her prescriptions that were supposed to be picked up the day before. We drive there and are told to come back in 45 minutes. So we come back and still have to wait. My wife had just got out of ICU from having Covid pneumonia and still had to wait."
