"We're building a world class split window Corvette to donate at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale. Just TWO weeks before the delivery date, we found a problem. The car wouldn't shift out of second gear. We suspected was the TCI harness/ TCM. We spent hours on the phone on hold waiting for your tech support. When we finally got through, we followed the "diagnostic procedures" and the tech support genius GUARANTEED that it had to be the transmission. We paid our transmission builder to come to our shop, tear the trans apart and try to diagnose a transmission. Together with my transmission builder, we found out that the transmission WASN’T THE PROBLEM. After another multiple hours session of telephone troubleshooting, your tech support guys FINALLY agreed to overnight us the replacement parts (at OUR expense). The next day (now just FOUR days until delivery to Barrett-Jackson), when we tried to track the parts, we found out that your geniuses in the shipping department, FORGOT to ship the damn parts????? I'm not kidding, you FORGOT to ship an overnight replacement harness/tcm. Then, after YET ANOTHER 3 hours on the phone where we were greeted with multiple transfers to voicemails, Ricky finally agreed AGAIN to NEXT DAY, AGain at our cost. This now left us just TWO DAYS to drive the car. Wait, it gets better. Your geniuses did actually send out the parts this time. But rather than overnighting them, sent the replacement parts FOUR DAY GROUND SHIPPING meaning the replacement parts will arrive AFTER the car leaves for the show. HOW DOES ONE COMPANY SCREW THIS MUCH UP, THIS MANY TIMES IN A ROW. Dealing with TCI is like trying to work with the three-stooges on LSD."

"Has to be some of the worst transmissions ever built. I ordered a 700r4 streetfighter package with torque converter and cooler. Installed transmission to a brand new crate 383. The transmission shook the bones of the entire vehicle. Contacted summit and TCI - they honored warranty and sent me a full replacement. Now I have to drop the whole thing out of the car and put the new trans and torque converter in. Same issue - turns out the torque converters are garbage. Replaced with a 9in boss hog and the shaking is gone. Now the other issues. Transmission leaks fluid out of every orifice. Biggest culprit is the governor cap. We pull the cap off, the whole casting around where the cap is supposed to seal is MANGLED with chunks out of it. At this point, I’m done with this company. The 1-2 shift is firm, but the 2-3 shift causes a major CLUNK every time. It’s incredible to me that this company lets this out of their facility. And they claim they’re “tested”. Well, are your QC testers blind?"

"I can't speak on their customer service, as I haven't had to use it yet because the product I bought was as advertised and awesome quality. I can't speak on behalf of all their products, however If you need a high quality, SFI approved flexplate, TCI will get you right. Works great in my 1xxxHP 5000lb crewcab pickup truck. SFI approved so you know it's built right. Looks great too. Used same flexplate on two engines so far no issues."

"Does not honor warranty, does not call you back, will not return emails, does not respond to facebook messages, there is no quality control on their parts. Parts are stock and claim to be performance. Pics of are 727 Super streetfighter transmission claimed to hold 750 hp, behind a 400hp engine in a 2900 lb car."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANY COMPANY. We have been trying to get help with one of your products for an intire week now. After being on hold for 45 minutes or longer every time each tech we talked to could not help and they all said that Ricky Kennamore was the only one that could help with this system. They gave us his direct line and it has gone to voicemail every time. We have left 3 messages and sent 5 emails to Ricky and also to the generic help email with no response. We have had this customers car ready except for the trans shifting problem. We have ran every test that every one has suggested on this EZ- TCU system and need help and Can Not get the one person that supposedly knows the system to call us back"
