Since it was so late when I came in that day, I had to wait for everything to be finished. I was called immediately after the car was finished to pick it up the next morning. "First of all I was checked in and told them I was waiting for the tire to be fixed. After a couple of hours I was approached by the person at the counter and she asked me have you been helped. I said yes but I've been waiting for a couple of hours. The person that checked me in did not put on the paperwork that I was waiting for my car. After that I was told that the set of tires that I bought a couple of months ago was discontinued so now I have 1 different tire than the other 3. I've been coming to Firestone many years and spent thousands of dollars and never experienced a bad one until now. You got managers that talk bad about their employees and also noticed that a customer was on the phone with the manager and the manager got irritated with the customer and just hang up on her after she called 3 times complaining about the service she just went through. Very unprofessional staff you now have working for you."
