"Atmosphere: 10/10 The place was small and limited seating indoors, but plenty outside. It's mainly meant to be a grab-n-go joint. However, despite its small size it was nice instead and super clean. Food Quality: 10/10 I got the righteous chicken biscuit and the chicken and grits box. They were both absolutely delicious! The wife got the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and loved it as well. Service: 10/10 It's mostly self service, but the staff was asking if we needed anything and were pretty friendly. Overall if you are looking for a quick breakfast this is a good choice. We loved the food and had a good experience. We will definitely be going back."
"Great menu variety for breakfast! We have never been to RISE so we didn't know what to expect. We did assume there would be more indoor seating. Maybe 10 stools facing a wall instead of facing outside. But I think RISE is intended to just be grab n go..except for warm weather to sit outside. We will be back for the good food. I enjoyed the Guacamole eggs sandwich and blueberry muffin."
"Disappointed in the food here. I got the veggie blueberry fried egg sandwich. The blueberry biscuit is good but not crunchy, falls apart and so soft. The fried egg was boring, could barely taste it due to the overload of the guac that added to the soggyness of the entire sandwich. The cheesy tater tot was even worse. Not crunchy whatsoever. Everything tasted like it was made for an elderly person with no teeth. Yet very salty food. It felt super unhealthy, ended up tossing half the sandwich. For $3.49- I got about 5 big tater tots. Pricing made no sense. When you build your own biscuit sandwich it turns out to cost more (at least for the veggie option). Overall not satisfied with the quality of the food as another reviewer here mentions. Even the Mcdonalds egg and cheese biscuit is better than these (no offense). Also the service is nice but they gave me someone else's sandwich at first which the corrected right away. They were not so busy when I was there during lunch time. Atmosphere is nice though, few indoor seating, nice outdoor seating. Liked the kiosk ordering very much and fresh coffee option as well as bottled drinks."
"We tried this place while visiting Memphis for a quick brunch. They have limited inside seating but they have a nice outdoor seating section if the weather permits. They also do not have somebody take your order, you place your order at a touchscreen kiosk. This wasn't bad just wish they had multiple kiosks as the line was a little long. The menu is focused mostly on biscuits, donuts, and chicken. We had the following items during our visit: sausage and egg biscuit, chicken blueberry biscuit, and a glazed blueberry biscuit. Every one of these items was good. The biscuits were flavorful and not dry at all. The savory chicken mixed with the sweetness of the blueberry biscuit worked very well together. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. They were also quick, as mentioned, the line was long but people seemed to get their orders relatively quickly after placing them. Overall, a good spot to get breakfast or brunch and we will visit again."
