"Rude the owners need to shop and clean house! The young lady that’s at the drive through that takes the money she is so rude with that ugly spirit! She will never get anywhere with that attitude! Then the guy on the speaker say, what you want! OMG lord! On top of that the lady in lane one who pass the food can she talk or she can’t! My apologies if she can’t talk but if she can help these people! To the owners please shop at 8am with the crew today and clean house"

"This was my second visit to this location. I was pleased that on both visits that the french fries were hot, crisp and tasty. It's nice to see consistent product. The children's play area and restroom were clean."

"I did my own order on the order yourself app. We paid at the machine. There wasn't any paper in the machine to give us a receipt. So I walked up to the customer service area and told them I had just paid 80 dollars and I was number 4 and I needed a receipt. The woman standing there said we don't have your receipt. I said well someone needs to find it. I showed my bank statement on the fact that they just took 80 dollars. She lacked motivation to really find our receipt. She called another guy over who pulled the receipt within seconds. The employees were yelling and fighting in the back from the lack of anyone having motivation to work. So, the arguments went like this. " HEY, why doesn't this sandwich have chicken on it!" Another girl yelled out. I told you 30 minutes ago we needed more chicken back here. The girl yelled that yelled where is the chicken for this sandwich yells back to the girl who ask 30 minutes ago for chicken to cook says this is a you problem so fix it now and get a chicken patty on that sandwich. Not long after that, I hear we have no more mix for the frappes. Where is the Frappuccino mix! The clowning around just continues. I received my order. The food was hot and everything was good with the food, but the other stuff was very concerning. The tables were dirty. They had old food all over them. So I cleaned my own table."

"The schedule on the door shows that the dining area ope s at 7 am. Showed up around 7:15 am and the door was locked. The schedule at the door needs to reflect the actual time they open because I'm not relying on google to for the information because google isn't 100% reliable either."

"So for national hamburger day went for a good $0.50 burger. Once you got fries and a beverage didn't save much. Was highly disappointed with the frys. If I wanted small size would have ordered. Plus the drive-thru worker was super short and doesn't appear to enjoy her job. Also got no pickles on burger and even asked for extra. Been to better locations for sure."
