"Like most others - awful service. No chips or onions and peppers on a Friday @6:30PM. What are the workers doing? If I was the owner- I’d be very concerned. Trash overflowing at every trashcan. This place just opened and it is already heading downhill, and quickly. Welcome to 2024 and lack of customer service, regardless of the wage - the fabric of America is being eroded by a lack of respect and work ethic. Go no further than 90% of establishments in the Memphis area."

"The service was awful. The woman behind the counter was barking out her questions. Her attitude was outright disrespectful and the way customers were being treated is not acceptable. When asked to repeat a question she would shout out the question. I would not even give. 1 star rating but did not have the option of not picking. I am a Chipotle fan and have waited for a long time for the Collierville location to open. I am surprised and disappointed this is the kind of thing that is happening. Please recruit customer friendly associates."

"1 star is too good. I've been here three times since it opened and will never go again. The first, they got the entire order wrong but I wrote it off as just that it was a newly opened store. The second visit was lunch time on a Friday about a month later and the doors were locked. I was told they were only accepting online orders. Today was the last for me. I ordered online, with a 6:10 pickup time. Once again, the doors were locked and only accepting online orders. We finally got the order about 6:45 but no chips. They didn't tell us that, we just noticed before leaving. They had run out of chips. Finally, the burrito that I ordered was completely wrong, not the right meat or toppings. The only right thing on the burrito was rice. This is absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever visited. How it is open is a mystery."

"I ordered mid day via Uber eats. No sides or dips. Just a thick dry quesadilla. The first two times I ordered the burrito bowls were correct but cold. With the quesadilla it’s warm (steak is a little burnt) but everything else is missing. I give up with this location for a while. Hopefully they will have a better staff next year."

"Second time in for doordash. First visit I was told that they would get to it when they get to it and after almost 30 minutes of waiting I had to decline the order. I was not the only one. Tonight I am picking up another doordash order and it’s not ready. There was one customer and 4 employees…. Why do I have to wait?! In addition can someone please tell me my it’s only 9:30 and the door was locked?!? This I worse for me than any Taco Bell or chicken line! And that’s bad. I will not be accepting any dash orders from here again. Also, why is the grill clean and no chicken for my order?!? I will now have to cancel this dash, lose money and ratings… Thanks , there will not be a third time…"
