"They are getting worse by the day. Everytime we go, which is at least 2-3 times per week, something is wrong. You definitely have to check your bag before leaving because there is always an item or two missing. And the staff has the nerve to get an attitude when you ask for your food and/or condiments. They should be nice and appreciative of any repeat customers. Instead they get frustrated. Update. Not much has changed."

"Staff was very nice but she didn't hear me when I wanted a bacon burger & the food was just terrible. Dry burgers and greasy buns with "hand crafted" potato stumps, large fry is kinda pathetic because it's very small and the food was not even warm when served. They Also made my child's burger plain, and neither had cheese on it. Not that it would have melted anyway, who knows how long that food sat out."

"First time eating at Jack's , I usually cook in my truck but thought why not be lazy a bit and go get me some food. I'm glad I did. Very clean and nice inside, the workers were very great and greeting and getting your food to you. I ordered a number one with a mocha iced coffee and their Mac and cheese. Super delicious and also what topped it off to me, to all my fellow truckers out there they give truckers a DISCOUNT. It's nice to see a place actually treating truckers with respect and dignity and being grateful to our services. So I'll definitely be back when I'm through this way."

"I tried the 3 chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. The chicken was small but very tasty and the mashed potatoes with gravy was great. The mac n cheese was also good but the biscuit was definitely burnt and hard. Overall a good meal for the price"

"The crinkle cut fries were a bit on the thick side. The grilled chicken sandwich was plump & juicy."
