"I live literally a minute away from this place so it’s always a go-to when I need anything. The service there is horrible. They were closed one day with the door locked. One employee opened (she had to slide the door open) the door for another employee that was coming in. The woman who opened the door look me dead in my face and closed it so fast as I was getting out of my car. A simple “we’re closed” would do just fine. There’s customers walking up to the door with no explanation on what’s going on. I walked up and seen them gathered by the door. I had another bad account with this dollar general when one of the workers (I don’t know her name but I’ll find out tonight when I go) accused me of not scanning a case of drinks I had gotten. She has red hair. I went in there again one day with my husband and two year old and there she is... following me. Edit: I remember this dollar general used to be the best! Ran by good people and the management was good. Everything was always in stock and easy to find. But lately it has been going downhill. Hopefully it gets better."

"This store is very messy. The aisles are full of boxes and backroom carts, making the aisles hard to walk through. The shelves are either empty or a mess, they need to be restocked and cleaned up on most aisles. The service is nice but the cluttered aisles and messy shelves make me not want to go there anymore."

"Boxes everywhere to put on empty shelves! Employees standing around up front but will not help check out customers when the line is 5-6 people deep. Small white girl that works there is very nice and is always working to check customers out fast. She is also very helpful. The other large white girl is always outside or standing around talking. So is the manager!! Never has what is in sell with digital coupons!!"

"This is the place to go when you want to get in all the steaks and deals. And every other necessity needed in the home. They have the best sales, and then pair that with your digital coupons and jackpot you have the bargain of the day. This location is right off the highway exit 21 in Red Banks MS. The employees are always nice and friendly. Also, you can always get down the isles with out case boxes piled all over the place. Everything is neat, clutter free and organized. Very well stocked. Really the only store in the area. Sometime we just drive all the way from Memphis to shop at this location for our Best Buy’s and the items being in stock. Dollar general has health and beauty items, food, housewares, auto, baby items and clothes. Kinda a one stop shop. The closest store in Red Banks to get the things you need."
