"Joe, the service manager, needs to be re trained in customer service; that man is very rude. His lack of compassion and customer service resulted in me leaving last week WITHOUT my vehicle being serviced. After waiting over a hour WITHOUT an update on my car, I asked for an estimated wait time on my vehicle. He responded with a sarcastic rant about how many customers were "ahead of me." Unfortunately, that did not answer my question. I asked for MY WAIT time; not how many people were ahead of me. Becoming frustrated, I left...not before asking for his name and title. His initial response was "WHY" then he shoved a business card in my hand. I was flabbergasted that the man whom was being very rude was a manger! I returned today to get my car service. I was displeased because Charles was not working and Joe was...in the years I've been a customer Charles always given me EXCEPTIONAL service. He is the reason I am a recurring customer; however, Joe would have been the reason I never return. Nonetheless, this experience was exceptional (even though Charles was not there). Kevin, was fantastic! He catered to my needs along with the other customers. He is the reason for this 5 star rating. Even though I asked multiple questions, he never became frustrated. He addressed my concerns and made me feel like a valuable customer. Thank you so much Kevin for your service."
