"Just got handed the stalest food I have ever eaten. I am trying to bite into a slice of toast like it’s the most overdone steak in the world. I am having to tear it into bite size pieces! The fries are soggy, limp, and cold. The chicken was also cold and stale."

"One of the only DQs located in Memphis (I know it's in Cordova but still), and for most its a drive to get to. It's located in a rather calm and rich area, however. Customer service could be better, but it wasn't terrible. The cashier was pretty cool. I've read other reviews but the two times I went yelled pretty high quality food. I like that it's attached to a gas station so it gives off a road travel vibe."

"I went to Dairy Queen yesterday 8/7/2023 got my order through the drive thru and while eating my food a couple bites in, this is what I saw. Mold on the bun of my burger, this is the worst experience I have had at a Dairy Queen in years. I called to let them know and got told I had to bring my food back there in order to my refund, after already getting back from going there I was not going to drive back another 30 minutes just to get a refund, and right after becoming alert of what had happened I had to go get allergy medication immediately considering I am HIGHLY allergic to mold, and If I did not act soon I was at risk for a severe allergic reaction. Please do not serve your customers food with mold on it! After spending $20+ dollars just to get food I could not eat, I hope that Dairy Queen in Cordova realizes that this is not okay, nor how to treat the situation."

"The ice cream treats are typical of DQ. We went inside, and it was nasty. Dirty tables and food on the floor. The lady who waited on us was in a really bad mood. We drove 30 minutes to try it, and we won’t do it again."
