"They have good food, but every time I walk into the restaurant to get my to go order, there is never anyone in the lobby. The last 3 times I’ve gone there I’m left standing in the lobby for 5-10 minutes before someone comes from the back to take my order."

"Get better workers! Really don’t need the window slammed in my face when I’m asking for sauces. I understand y’all are timed but you know I worked in customer service for 15 years and that’s just absolutely rude! Find friendly staff! I will never come here again. First time experiencing cook out and will never go back. Employees rather have conversations with their buddies instead of handling customers. ABSOLUTELY CHILDISH!"

"The service is very quick! Mirrah was so nice when taking our order and at the window. Our order was also correct, which can sometimes be rare in fast food. We ordered two trays of chicken strips because we thought they’d be small, but these strips are HUGE! Awesome location with friendly people!"
