"I scheduled an appointment for 2PM for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The clerk mentioned that it'd be a few hours, which is fine and what I typically expect for this location. I live in a nearby neighborhood and use this location because it's within moderate walking distance, I left my house to make sure I'd get there before they closed and arrived to the business at 5:35PM only to find that the lights were off and the door was locked. I wasn't notified that my car was going to be kept overnight. It's not like I needed my car for errands or for any plans that I had that evening. If they'd simply called or told me that they couldn't get to my car that same day when I dropped it off it'd be different. I'll probably never use this location again after this."
