"Called to ask if a part was available and the guy was rude. Arrived to pick up the part and realized later they gave us the girl working there gave us the wrong part. When we returned it, we had to wait almost an hour for someone to bring the correct part from a different location on Macon. They need to improve on customer service and train better."
"Staff was helpful and found what I needed quickly."
"Admittedly, this is only on two parts of my experience. Two separate occasions. The first: needed a tool - specific socket for my jeep's engine mounts. $30 for a set of maybe 10. Guy assured me it was the right size (couldn't test due to having to take apart the engine in the car I drove to buy the part to reach the bolt). It wasn't. Return was easy. Ended up going to Lowes and buying a full 30 piece set for $24 that had the part I needed and then some. Very overpriced for what you get IMO. Today 4/28/23 I go in and ask them to scan my battery and my computer. These are free and I wasn't sure if the battery was causing the codes or just another issue. Girl came out..... she didn't even know where the battery was. She started taking the housing off my fuse box. Not reassuring at all. I pointed to the battery... she scanned it (but did have issue knowing which kind it was - my battery has an insulation piece on it that needs to be removed to see the label - so I'm not sure what she put in the system). She said the battery was great, but that the starter was no good. She scanned the computer and it was giving the codes I knew about already. So I decide to go in to auto zone down Houston levee and ask them also scan my battery and computer as well. Figured it couldn't hurt - especially since getting a new started is a pain.... They say the battery is no good and that scanning anything else (starter/computer/etc) wouldn't come out correctly as the battery isn't giving them enough power to properly work. I ended up leaving and going back to them to buy a new battery just now. They were great. But for real.... the girl at this O'Reilly's didn't even know where the battery was... It's on top.... hard to miss... has red/black connectors on it and a warning label on top of the insulator (connectors are clearly visible/accessible). Y'all lost my trust on that one. Had she told me the battery was wrong, I likely would have bought one from you. Please help Joscelyn out - she was super sweet, but needs a little more instruction."
"Ordered parts that never came in. Called to check on them. Employee mumbled on the phone. Asked him to speak up I couldn't hear. He hung up. Called back. Mumble mouth again. Too many other parts stores to put up with that garbage."
"Store closes at 8pm on Sunday. I had a what though was a bad battery and pulled up at 7:59pm. The store attendants were very accommodating and patient. Now that's above and beyond service. I wish I could give 6 stars."
