"Out of Fish ! Out of French Fries !? Out of Regular Coke ! Order for LEGS & THIGHS, Dine In, came as (1) scrawny wing, (1) small leg & (1) breast. We have been there at least (10) times. Although the staff is nice, the food quality (Chicken & Fish) has steadily declined. Poor Management must be that main problem , to run out of major menu items. It does take genius to send some across the street an pick up a few bags of French fries ! NUFF SAID @!!!??"

"We went a while back and the server brought up slavery and started arguing and the manager helped her instead of rebuking her. Today we went and gave us 1 fried pie we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the other two and we got them, oh and by the way we ordered 3 strawberry cream cheese fried pies we got three pies but one of them was an apple fried pie. Don't go terrible service."

"The deluxe breakfast was outstanding. Great tasting, Great value, best breakfast in olive branch. Tonight I brought the whole family to eat in at Jack's and Olive Branch. The food was absolutely delicious everything. My wife had the chicken dinner with the breast and leg, she said that the mashed potatoes were to die for, my daughter had the fish, she's a very picky eater and she loved it. I have the bacon ranch cheeseburger with fries, oh my gosh was it good. The whole meal was so affordable, we had dessert a scoop of ice cream each. Jacks is a real value for hard-working families will definitely be back."

"Don’t visit often bc each time I go I leave w/ an experience that makes me not want to return. Went today bc I wanted a steak biscuit. Service was very dry and rushed vs fast lol. Added coffee to my order, got to work, poured the creamer in and it literally fell out in clumps. Called the store back, no apology or even empathy lol again very dry. But my food was hot!"

"I would have to say that I was pretty surprised when visiting Jack’s today in Olive Branch. The staff members were nice. The food was hot and fresh. Even the person taking my order made recommendations since I had only visited Jack’s one time before this occasion. Overall great experience the one thing that I was a little setback about was the state of the men’s restroom. Normally, I do not comment about things like this because I understand that it is a public restroom and it is not always easy to keep up with dirty people every second of the day. But in this case, it was absolutely disgusting so that is the reason why I’m giving this restaurant four out of five stars."
