"The staff could not understand what I was ordering even though I enunciated my words clearly and spoke loud enough to be heard. When I went up to pay I asked for a meal and with the meal you can get chips or 2 cookies (I saw this on the menu behind them) I told the cashier and they did not understand I wanted the meal. Furthermore the eating area was dirty with a leaking drink dispenser with no wet floor sign and the bathroom was very dirty."
