"Whoever the night shift is need to be fired I’ve placed my order at 11. I placed my order online I get there they talking about they’re closed and they close till 1am . Ive been in the line for a WHOLE hour they didn’t even start on my food until I got out the car to walk to the window to see what the problem is and they tried to get me a refund because they was trying to close an hour early!"

"There were no other cars in the drive thru when I pulled up yet I still waited 25 minutes to get my order. Not an uncommon occurrence at this location. These people are horrible!"

"This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. There are 6 employees in the back playing around and someone who looks to be management playing with them. I placed my order at 9:20 and it's now 10:49. I'm the only one in the lobby. Mind you the lobby closed down at 10pm the drive thru does not have a turn around so once your in line you are stuck. Anyway. They gave me my order they even said they triple checked it. Well I didn't get the two crispanadas note did I get my cheesy beefy nacho. My tacos are soggy because they made them first. There is only one person in here that was trying to make out food and get us out of here. He was respectful caring and also was the one doing all the cleaning (Grover ) this man Really needs a raise. He is carrying the weight of the whole team. The other foul mouth employees who complain about the menu items and complain about the customers coming in should probably be eggs to use their expertise at another location because clearly they don’t wanna work here"
