"How are these people in business and not behind bars? Calling them scammers would be a compliment compared to what they really are. They’re nothing but thief’s who can’t even change a tire the right way. If I was ever in desperate need again and they were the only people I could get I’d leave my truck on the side of the road and do the best I could with my own two feet. They’re no class hacks who don’t have the common decency I used to think every human being was born with. The only thing they were quick with was the receipt which had an extra zero on it. If you even consider calling them I’m telling you now it may be the worst mistake you’ve ever made but if you don’t listen to me and they show up all you can do is take out a loan because they don’t just want what’s in your wallet they want what’s in your bank account."

If there was anyway to give them a negative star I would I never like to write a bad review because it hurts the economy but 1200 for a tire changed I’ve went on vacations cheaper than that I don’t anyone to fooled by these shysters. The negative ones because the good ones they probably write Themselves it’s not that I can’t afford the 1200 it’s that ur not supposed to charge that much. "Came out fast but a Rip off...385.14 to plug a tire...wanted us to purchase a tire with water in it for 485.00 plus installation fees. Tire was old. Don't use. He did not give a service call amount up front when ask."

"We called on a Sunday morning because one of our drivers was sitting loaded at the Love's on exit 87 with a leaking drive tire that had come away from the rim. Mello showed up within 20 minutes, reseated and inflated the tire, patched it, then charged us a very fair rate for the repair. This saved the day and our driver made it to his destination and back to our yard the following day where we could replace the tire. In an industry where we are at the mercy of repair businesses once we hand over the credit card, it is truly a blessing when we get treated in this manner. Our other option that day was the Love's, who wouldn't be able to see our driver for 3 hours to begin with, then they wanted to remove the tire and it would have been the end of this day and load for us; driver sitting all day, still getting paid, while we are unable to deliver a load and we don't get paid.
