"I enjoyed the food as usual. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and staff friendly. The overall rating was 4 stars due to the coldness of the restaurant on this visit. The staff did adjust the temperature once I asked for it to be turned up a little."

"We had a pretty great experience. The food was really good except for the seasoning being too salty. The waitress was great!! I don't understand why they wouldn't give people the seafood tools needed for the crab legs. They gave us a real fork, though. Lol we used our hands to crack open our crab legs."

"Excellent food, fast friendly service, large portions, competitive prices for the going rate of seafood, one of the few seafood restaurants in the area, seating with little to no wait time, able to accommodate large parties, if you like seafood then you’ll love Red Hook, would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. would like to comment on a review left by Latasha, this obviously does NOT pertain to this location for Red Hook, the only chicken they serve is fried in the form of tenders, nuggets, and wings and they don’t serve Birthday cakes, you may bring your own cakes in but the restaurant does not store or serve them for you. It sounds like you were at one of the 6 Memphis area locations. I hate you had such a terrible experience but I don’t want others to mistaken your review for a location in which it didn’t take place, people do read reviews and base their decisions on them so correct locations do matter."
